词源etymology
拉丁语 liber(自由)配上病名后缀 -osis——「自由症」。 构词自己先讲了个冷笑话:连「想放松」这件事,也被写成了一种病。
Latin liber (free) wearing the pathological suffix -osis — “freedom-osis.” The coinage tells its own dry joke: even the wish to relax gets written up as a condition.

《晦涩悲伤词典》2013 年词条:想少在乎一点——把生活攥得松一些, 像孩子玩球那样拿得住也放得下。
它的狡猾在于自反:「想要不在乎」本身就是又一件在乎的事。 松手这个动作,恰恰需要先伸手。DOS 的词多半替某种感受报到, 这一个替一条悖论报到。
A 2013 Dictionary of Obscure Sorrows entry: the wish to care less — to hold life the way a child holds a ball, firmly enough, ready to drop it and run.
Its slyness is reflexive: wanting to not-care is itself one more thing to care about. Letting go is a motion that begins by reaching. Most DOS words report for a feeling; this one reports for a paradox.

这块地汉语耕了两千年:「放下」是佛家的功课,「看开」是市井的劝告, 「拿得起放得下」是给别人的表扬。差别在人称与时态—— 这些都是劝和成,站在彼岸说话;liberosis 是此岸的想: 还没放下,只是渴望放下,而且知道这渴望本身有点可笑。 「佛系」最接近,可惜它是姿态;liberosis 是心愿。
Chinese has farmed this field for two millennia: 放下 is the Buddhist assignment, 看开 the street-corner counsel, 拿得起放得下 the compliment paid to others. The difference is person and tense — those speak from the far shore, as exhortation or achievement; liberosis is the near shore’s wanting: not yet letting go, only longing to, and aware the longing is faintly ridiculous. 佛系 comes closest, but it is a posture; liberosis is a wish.
Somewhere past forty the ambition quietly rewrote itself into liberosis: fewer alarms, lighter grip, same hands. 自拟例句 our own example, not a quotation Her phone's screen-time report read like a liberosis prescription she kept not filling. 自拟例句 our own example, not a quotation 不在词典中。 非正式与创意写作;写中年、写倦怠、写「连不在乎都要努力」的那一段, 它在场。
